外部则用5-15毫米镀锌钢板，不生锈材质、其他零件单独定制构件。二氧化碳气体保护焊铁板焊接与我们老师傅的手艺相结合，细节阳角处找平、打磨抛光、防腐蚀防生锈处理，多层环氧底漆、面漆颜色调和处理，面漆细节处理，均用漆。坦克内部标准四座，还设有独立仪表（水温表、气压表、油量表、电压表）方向盘、操纵杆等设备齐全。相似度在百分之95%以上。制作完成后，用25-40吨吊车协助有专门的货车配送。
